  • Ryder, it is a good point. The thing that struck me was that while he was saying, harshly or not, his face had a pained look. As though he was sympathetic to Ben's feelings of neglect.

  • I think the "What about you" statement by Jacob, was meant to highlight the freedom of choice aspect again. Ben had two ways he could take that, and he chose to take it an insulting way. Then chose to act on it.

  • The Sobek statue is enormous, and complete in 1977. Now, all that's left is a foot. It would take a huge explosion to decimate that statue. An explosion from something like a hydrogen bomb, maybe? I don't think we'll see Jacob again; at least not in that form.

  • Not only is one of our most beloved companies that has been an image of the United States going to be going under and outsourcing jobs, but articles are written incorrectly and not proofread. Taking something from one country and bringing it in to the U.S. is called importing, not exporting.

  • I was thinking that everyone would end up back maybe as the first settlers are reaching the island or just before. Maybe they "leap" (to steal some time travel lingo for Quantum Leap) one last time right before the bomb goes off. They have a huge argument about it not working, stupid idea, blah blah.
